RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 355
A RESOLtrl'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND ROBERT KILLION EXTEND-
ING THE TERMS THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERIC. TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an
Agreement dated the 3rd day of September, 1974, whereby
Robert Killion, an individual, furnishes certain services
to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement, pursuant .to its terms
thereof, was to terminate on December 31, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have extended the te~
to and including April 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, it 1s the desire of the parties to further
extend the term to expire on September 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Agreement of September
3, 1974, has' this date been submitted, the terms and condi-
tions of which are hereby satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City 01 Anaheim that an Amendment to an Agreement be-
tween the City of Anaheim and Robert Killion extending the
term to September 30, 1975, be, and the same is hereby, ap-
proved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Amendmeat
to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
