A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO.UNCI.L OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A LEASE OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
THEREOF. (Churchill Properties ~ Ltd..)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
real property located generally north of Ball Road and west of
Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, said property was acquired as excess property
from the State of California and is ultimately to be used for
park purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City will be unable to develop said prop-
erty for park purposes during the term of the lease herein des-
cribed; and
WHEREAS, Churchill Properties, Ltd. desires to lease
a portion of the said real property comprising 1. 6 acres for
vehicular storage purposes; and
WHEREAS, a lease of said real property has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to lease said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does approve the" terms and conditions of said lease.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City' .Cle:rk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
lease on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of JI.ly ,1975.
