RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM SETTING A DATE FOR HEARING IN
CONNECTION WITH REQUEST FOR VACATION AND
ABANDoNMENT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ADaheim has
el~cted to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service
Easement Vacation Law in connection witb a request for vacation
and abandonment of an existing public utility easement located
in Lot 69, Tract 6809 at the northwest corner of Annika Street
and Ryon Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, and more fully here-
inafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that a time and place for hearing all per-
sons interested in or objecting to the vacation and abandon-
ment of an existing public utility easement located in Lot 69,
Tract 6809 at the northwest corner of Annika Street and Nyan
Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, more fully described as follows,
to wit:
The Southerly 5 feet and the Easterly 5 feet of
Lot 69 in Tract No. 6809, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 266, pages 15 through 19,. Misce1-
1aneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
has been fixed on the 29th day of July, 1975, at 2:30 o'clock
P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of
Anaheim. '.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause tihe
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of gene~al circ.u1ation, printed,
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of July, 1975.
