A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS 'AND CONDITI.ONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT DATED
OCTOBER 1, 1974, WITH ANAHE:IM BILLS, INCORPORATEDI
TEXACO ANAHEIM HILLS, INC., INCREAS ING TH~
ESTIMATED COSTS OF DESIGN, PLANS AND. SPECIFICA-
TIONS IN SAID AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ExEcuTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on the Is t day of October, 1974, the Ci ty.
of Anaheim and Anaheim Hills, Incorporated/Texaco Anaheim
Hills, Inc., ent.ered into an agreement providing, 'amo'nq
other things, that 'Anaheim Hills, Incorporate:d/'l'exaco" Anaheim
Hills, Inc., would provide all neces's'ary funds 'to the Cit.y to
cover all costs of design, plans and specifications in connec-
tion with the engineering and archit.ect.ural se'rvices required
for the design of a million-gallon reservoir and pumping
stati.on in Anaheim Hills, subject to cert.ain re.imbursement:
provisions, and .
WHEREAS, it is the desire of th'e said parties. to
amend said agreement to increase the estimated costs. due to
the scope "of engineerinq and architectural services being
changed to include an irrigation and landscape system; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement of OCtober 1,
1974, has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council
of the City of Anaheim that an amendment .to an agreement with
Anaheim Hills, Incorporated/Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc.',
increasing the estimated costs of engineering and ar~hitectural
services 'be, and the same is hereby, approved. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Cl.erk
are hereby authorized to execute said amended agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and s~gned by' me
