RESOLUTION NO. 7SR- 346'
A RESOLD'l'ION OF THE CITY COONC.IL OF THE CITY
01' ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMEHDMENT TO AN AGREElmNT DATED
OCTOBER 1, 1974, WITH BOYLE ENGINEERING,'
EXTENDING THE SCOPE OF SAID AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO.
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on the. 1st day of October, .1974.,. .the
City of Anaheim and Boyle Engineering entered into an
agreement for engineering and architectural 'services in
connection with the design of a one mill'ion gallon
reservoir and pumping station in Anaheim Hills', and
WHEREAS, it is the desire .of the parties '~o
amend said agreement to. provide that Boyle Engineering
will provide additional services in. connection with the
irrigation and landscape system of said reservoir and
pumping station; and
WBEBEAS, an amendment to ,said agreement :of
October 1, 1974,. has been prepared, 'the 'terms' and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of 'the Ci t.y of Anaheim that. an amendment t:o an aqr.~ement
between the' City of Anaheim and Boyle En9ineeri~9, extending
the scope of said agreement to provide for irrigation and
landscape architectural services be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the Mayor and Ci'ty
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said amended agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
