A RESOLUTION OF ..THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM~bECLARING CERTAIN BNCLAIMED
PROPERTY IS NEEDED FOR PUBLIC USE AND
TRANSFERRING THE SAME TO THE CITY PURCHASING
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Purchasing Department of the City
of Anaheim has determined that the unclaimed property set
fo~th on Exhibit "A" on file in the office of the City Clerk
and held by the Police Department of the City of Anaheim, is
needed for public use; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1.12.070.050
of the Anaheim Municipal Code~ such unclaimed property may be
transferred to the City Purchasing Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said unclaimed
property is needed for public use and that it is in the best
interest of the City to t~ansfer the same to the City Purchasing
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council .
of the Ci.ty of Anaheim that the property listed on Exhibit "Ad
on file in the office of the City Clerk be, and the same is
hereby, declared to be needed for public use and that the same
is hereby transferred to the City Purchasing Department in
accordance with the provisions of City of Anaheim Municipal
Code, Section 1.12.070.050 and Section 208J.4 of the Civil
Code of the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 8th day of Julv 1975.
