RESOLUTION" NO. '75R-'~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH KIRST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Kirst Construction' Company has requested to
rent a proje'ct office site to be used in connection with .the1'r
work for the Orange County Water District; and
\YHEREAS, said rental site 1s to be located at 2920 .
East Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim 1s not, at the time of
execution of the License Agreement J uSing the abo.ve ment1'oned
land; and
WHEREAS, the license request has been reviewed by all
affected departments of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the License Agreement has been drafted and
found to be satisfactory in all re~peets by the City of Anah~1m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City' Coooc11 'of
the City of Anaheim that the certain License Agreement this day
submitted by and between K1rst Construction and the' City of
Anaheim be~ and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to exec'ute said Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of July , 1975.
