RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 340
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY
REGIONAL OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAM EXTENDING THE
TERM THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMEND'MENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahe~im did enter into an
Agreement with the North Orange County Regional Occupational
Program on the 28th day of January, 1975, providing for the
operation of a Preschool Assistant Training Program; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement, pursuant to the terms
thereof, was to terminate on June 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to extend the
term to expire on August 31, 1975; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to s.aid Agreement of January 28,
1975, has this date been submitted to the City CQunci~, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the Ci.ty of Anaheim that said Amendment to Agreement between
the City of Anaheim and the North Orange County Regional
Occupational Program extending the term to August 31, 1975
be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Amendment
to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved ,and signed by
me this 8th day of July, 1975.
