RESOLUTION NO. 75R-338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 73-74-43.
v~~EREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 2nd day of April,
1974, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 74R-135 in Re-
classification No. 73-74-43 finding arid determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from C-3,
Heavy Commercial Zone, to M-l, Light Industrial Zone, subject to
certain conditions set forth in said Resolution, and
~mEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said Resolution have not been met and
applicant for said Reclassification has requested said Reclassi-
fication to be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedinqs in connection with Re-
classification No. 73-74-43 for a zone-change be, and the same
are hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 74R-l35 be declared
null and void.
