RESOLUTION NO. 75R-333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPELINE LICENSE AND AUTH-
ORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR. (Storm Drain at
Kimberly Avenue lead track, west of Raymond
Avenue)
l~EREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested permission
from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fee Railway Company to con-
struct a storm drain under the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway tracks in the vicinity of Kimberly Avenue, west of
Raymond Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Com-
pany has submitted to the City of Anaheim its "Pipeline License",
which has been reviewed and has been found to be satisfactory and
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said Pipeline
License in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
is fair &~d reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CitY.Council of
the City of Anaheim that the r.iayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain Pipeline License Agreement submitted
by the Atchison, Topel~a and Santa Fe Railway Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Fj.nance Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to draw a warrant in
favor of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company in the
amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) and that the
same be for'IITarded to the Office of the City Atto!'ney for transr1it-
tal to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
