RESOLUTION NO. 75R-332
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT, AN ADDENDUM
THERETO, AND AN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH CAMBRIDGE MEMORIES, INC. FOR A COMPUTER
ELECTRONIC MEMORY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of obtain-
ing a computer electronic memory on a one year lease basis
and providing for the maintenance thereof; and .
WHEREAS, Cambridge Memories, Inc. has submitted a
lease proposal and maintenance agreement which have been
determined to be the lowest and most responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Lease
Agreement, an Addendum thereto and Maintenance Agreement are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain Equipment Lease
Agreement, an Addendum thereto and Equipment Maintenance Agree-
ment this day submitted by Cambridge Memories, Inc. be, and the
same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Equipment
Lease Agreement, an L\ddendum thereto and Equipment Mainte'nance
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
