RESOLUTION NO. 75R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT NO
PROTESTS, EITHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, WERE MADE
IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS CON-
TEMPLATED TO BE MADE BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
UNDER THE STREET LIGHTING ACT OF 1931--STREET
LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1969-1-B.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 27, 1975, adopt
Resolution No. 75R-271 setting the 1st day of July, 1975, at
the hour of 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and place
when and where any and all persons having any objections to the
proposed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting i\.ct of 1931, in Street Lighting .L\ssessment District
1969-1-B, might appea.r and show calIse w11Y the proposed improve-
ments should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the
1st day of July, 1975; and
'WHEREAS, no protests, either written or oral, were
made in. the proceedings for the improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that no pro-
tests, ~ither written or oral, were made at said hearing held
on July 1, 197.5, in the proceedi.ngs for certain contemplated
im!lro'vements to be made by the City under the Street Lightin~
Act of 1..931, in Street Lighting i~Lssessment District 196'9-1-B.
