RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COm~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~1 APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A.~D CITY CLERK TO
SIGN A CONTRACT EMPLOYING DANIEL, MANN,
JOHNSON AND MENDENHALL AS ENGINEERS.
WHEREAS, the City ~anager submitted a report to the
City Council at the city Council meeting of February 22, 1972,
and
~iHEREAS, said report recommended that the city of
Anaheim employ Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall to repre-
sent the city as Engineers;" and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves said report of the
City Manager; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
employing Daniel, Mann: Johnson and r~endenhall to represent t:1e
city as Engineers be: and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and Citv Clerk
be, and are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement by and
on behalf of the city of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
