RESOLUTION NO. 72R-" 93.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AL~D CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND NORTH
AMERICAN ROCKWELL CORPORAT:ION RELATING TO THE
INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
WHEREAS, in connection with the operation of North
American Rockwell Corporation at their plant on East La Palma
Avenue, North American has requested signalization of a private
roadway: and
WHEREAS, Section 21360 of the Vehicle Code grants
the City the right to install such traffic control devices and
it i.s in the. best interest of the City of Anaheim so to do.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci.ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized to execute that certain agreement between
the City of Anaheim and North American Rockwell Corporation
setting forth the conditions of installation, maintenance and
ultimate removal of said signal control devices.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
resolution be forwarded to North American Rockwell Corporation
along with a certified copy of said agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of March, 1972.
