THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT
BE IT RES'OLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as fo llows :
That the Official Statement prepared by Wainwright & Ramsey,
Inc., and presented to this City Council, on this date, is
hereby approved in substantially the form presented. This
statement is hereby authorized to be mailed to prospective
bidders for the Electric Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1972. It
is the understanding of this City Council that the City
Clerk will make such additions and corrections thereon 8S

to mailing.
