RESOLUTION NO. 72R-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 71R-471 AMENDING THE COMPENSATION
SCHEDULE FOR THE JOB ClASSES OF STOREKEEPER AND PARK
EQUIPMENT SERVICEMAN.
WHEREAS, The Personnel Director and the City Manager have
recommended in a staff report dated February 22, 1972 that the Salary
Resolution be amended to provide for the payment of premium pay in
accordance with Rule 6 of the Personnel Resolution to employees in
the classification of Storekeeper and Park Equipment Serviceman.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 71R-47l be and the same is hereby
amended by establishing Storekeeper and Park Equipment Serviceman as
upgrade positions and the Compensation Schedule numbers be designated
as U442 and U440 respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended
by this Resolution, Resolution No. 71R-471 shall remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
resolution shall be March 10, 1972.
