RESOLUTION NO. 72R~ 81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OP LOCAL
AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION'S CONSENT AND
AUTHORIZING PROPONENTS TO CIRCULATE PETITION
BE KATHRYN LINDSAY ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the proponents having heretofore submitted
their application to initiate annexation proceedinqs in connec-
tion with the proposed Kathryn Lindsay Annexation to. the Local
Agency Formation Commission: and
WHEREAS, after duly noticed hearing thereon said Local
Agency Formation Commission did, by its Resolution No. 72-27,
approve the annexation proposed as said Kathryn Lindsay Annexa-
tion; and
WHEREAS, said proponents desire to. publish Nott.ce of
Intention to circulate a petition for said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it acknowledge and it does hereby
acknowledge receipt of Resolution No. 72-27 of the Local Agency
Formation Commission under date of February 9, 1972, approying
said proposed Kathryn Lindsay Annexation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be an4 she
is hereby authorized and directed to advise the proponents of
said Kathryn Lindsay Annexation of the action of the Local
Agency Formation Commission and that they may publish their
Notice of Intention to circulate a petition in connection there-
with.
