RESOLUTION NO. 72R-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS. IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMI~ NO.
1140, AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 6'9'R-660
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Cit.y Council did he,ret.ofore, to wit., on
November 18, 1969, adopt Resolution No. 69R-660 .granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 1140 in part: permit:t.inq the expansion
of an existing church facility and, Portion. B only,. to establish
an apartment development for the elderly wit.h a communal eating
facility, with waivers of certain Anaheim Municipal Code 'require-
ments and/or limitations on the .property therein described, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, to date the petitioner has not exercised the
right granted under said Resolution, nor have the conditions of
approval been me~; and
WHEREAS, the. Anaheim city Planning Commission on
February 17, 1972, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 12'89 to
permit the establishment of an apartment. development for the.
elderly with waivers, in Resolution No. PC72~23, thereby super-
seding the use granted in Conditional Use Permit. No" 1140; and
WHEBEAS, the Anaheim city Planning commission on February
17, 1972, did adopt Resolution PC72-24 recommending to the city
Council the te~ination of all proceedings on Conditional Use
Pe~it No. 1140; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of;the Planning
Commission's recommendation, the City Council 'finds that 'all'
proceedings in connection with Conditional 'use' Permit No. ll~O
should be terminated.
NOW, THEBE.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceed,ings in connect.ion with .
Conditional Use Permit No. 11'40 be, and the 'same are 'hereby
te~inated, and that Resolution No. 69R-660 be, and the same is
her.eby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of February, 1972.
