A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 2328..
WHEREAS, after a request for variance. by ALICE E. SIMPSON
and VERA W. MYERS, owners; COVINGTON BROTHERS, agent, was received,
a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice as .a result of which
Variance No. 2328 was denied covering the following property;
The North half of the East half of the West half of the
Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
24, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book
51, .page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
NOTE,: The North 30 feet of said land lies. wi thin the
City of Anaheim, and the remaining portion of said land
lies. within unincorporated territory.

Nort.heast. quarter of the Northwest quart.er of Sec.ti.on 24,
in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange,. .State .of

WHEREAS, ther,eafter, wi t.hin the ,t.ime pres.cribed by
law an interested party or the City Council on its own motion
caused t.he review of said Planning Commission action at .a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a resul~
thereof the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
l~ That there are special circumstances applicable
to the property, including size, shape, topography,
location or surroundings, which do not'apply to
other property under identical zoning classification
in the vicinity.
2. That, because of special circumstances shown in
(1) above, strict application of the. zoning code
deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by
other property under identical zoning classifica-
tion in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
"the .City of Anaheim, that a conditional zoning variance .be, and
the same is hereby granted, permittinq the establishment of an

That said variance be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That this Variance is granted subject to .the comple-
tion of Reclassification No. 70-71-.57, now pending,
and subject to the approval and recordation of a final
map for Tract: No. 7448.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file
wi th the Ci ty of Anaheim marked Exhibi 1: Nos. 1, 2". 3
and 4.
BE IT PURTHE.R RESOLVED that the city Council hereby
reserves the right to revoke such variance .pe~it for good ~use
or failure of said owners, their heirs, successors or assigns to
comply with the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the
conditions herein. Said variance is qrant.ed for 'the .term pre-
scribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code .unless otherwise specified
herein.
