RESOLUTION NO. 72R-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE AMEND- ED AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceed- inqs No. 71-72-27 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, and to consider a change in the boundaries of the zone or .ones. hereinafter men- ~ioned and described, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff; and WHEREAS, within a period of forty days followinq said hearing, the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidenoe presented at said hearinq, and a recommendation that the proposed amendment be adopted by the City Council and that a cer~ain zone or zones be changed as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City Plan- ninq Commission the City Council did fix the 22nd day ofF~uarv , 19-22~ as the time. and the City Council ChamDerS in the C1~Y Hall-of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title "IS of the Anaheim Municipal Code,' and ~e exclusion of said property, hereinafter described, from the zone or zones in which it is now situated and the incorpora- tion thereof in the zone or zones hereinafter set forth, and did give notice thereof in the manner and form provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did qive all persons interested therein an opportunity ~o be heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings and recom- mendation; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be adopted and that the property hereinafter described should be excluded from ~he zone or zones in which it is now situated and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following des- cribed property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: That portion of the South half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9 Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anahe~, County ?f Orange, State of California, as per map recorded ~n Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said South half; thence West along the South line of said South half to the Southeast corner of the land desc.r.ibed in the deed to H. Leroy Hall et. ux., recorded March 13, 1930 in book 360 page 385 of Official Records; thence North along the East line of said land of Hall and along the East line of Parcel 1 of the .land described in the Deed to Floyd M. Hatfield et ux~, recorded April 25, 1935 in Book 745 page 446, of . Official Records, to the North line of said South half; thence East along said North line to the North- east corner of said South half; thence South along the East line of said South half to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the North 230.00 feet thereof. ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof description in a deed to Lawrence A. Muckentha1er, Jr., et al., recorded December 31, 1968 in Book 8834 page 117, of Official Records. be excluded from C-l, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE-F&~ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE subject to the following conditions: 1. That the owner(s) of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width fro. the centerline of the street along Loara Street for street widening purposes. 2. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2..00 per front foot along Loara street and Crescent Avenue for street lighting purposes. 3. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15* per front foot along Loara Street and Crescent Avenue for tree planting purposes. 4. That the sidewalks shall be installed along Loara street as required by the City Engineer and in accordance wi.th standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. S. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 6. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 7.
