RESOLUTION NO. 72R-6l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
JAMES K. NAGAMATSU TO MOVE A DWELLING. HOUSE
PROM 1908 VElWUGO LOMA DRIVE, GLENDALE, CALI-
FOMIA, TO 4150 SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, JMmS K. NAGAMATSU, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1908 Verdugo Loma Drive, Glendale, California, to 4150
Sant.a Ana Canyon Road, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having heen set for public
hearing on the 22nd day of February, 1972, at .the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which. it is proposed to move said dwellinq house at. .least. t.en
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of
such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having came on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered s~ld
application for a house moving permit, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted, subject to the following condi-
tions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation
fees at the time the building permit is issued.
2. That a perpetual easement agreement for a strip of
land 20 feet wide for accessway purpose's located in
the northerly portion of subject property. shall be
submitted to and approved by the City Attorney's
Office and then be filed and recorded in the Office
of the Orange County Recorder. Said agreement to
provide that the private accessway be.maint.ained by
each property owner served by said accessway.
3. That the private accessway be developed in accordance
with Peralta Hills private accessway standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the applicati'on of James .K. Nagamatsu
to move a dwelling house from 1908 Verdugo Lama Drive, Glendale,
California, to 4150 Santa Ana Canyon Road, Anahe.int, California,
be and the same is hereby granted subject to the conditions
hereinbefore set forth, and subject further to. compliance with
all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildi.ngs from a point
