A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
MARK P, BEaMAN, TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM 9222
BLOOMFIELD STREET, CYPRESS, CALIFORNIA, TO
942 SALEM STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORN.IA.
WHEREAS, Mark F. Herman, having filed a written
application for a house moving pe~it to move a dwelling house
from 9222 Bloomfield street, Cypress, California, to 942 Salem
Street, Anaheim,. California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on February 8, 1972, at the hour of 1:'30 o'clock P.M.,
and notice of the t~e and place fixed for said public heartnq
having been given by mail to all persons res.iding within a
radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which i~ is
proposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure,' at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax .assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said application for a house moving permit,. together with
all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said pe~it should be granted subject to the foliowing
conditions:
1. Three (3.) stipulations of applicant._
2. Waiving of the Park and Recreation In-lieu fees.
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RE,SOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anahe~ that the application of Mark F. Herman for
a house moving permit to move a dwelling house fram .9222
Bloomfield Street, Cypress, to 942 Salem Su.eet, Anaheim,
California, be and the ,same is hereby granted subject to the
conditions hereinbefore set forth, and subject further to
compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anahe~ Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed. by me
this 15th day of February, 1972.
