RESOLUTION NO. 72"R- 57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CXTY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OPFER OF
DEDICATION FROM MARJORIE J. TALT AND ALAN R.
TALT~ (West side of Be1haven Street)
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 8th day of November, 1968,
Marjorie J. Talt and Alan R. Talt, husband and wife, did make
an irrevocable offer to dedicate to the City of Anaheim an easement
for street purposes over the property hereinafter described~ and
WHEREAS, one of the conditions of said Irrevocable Offer
of Dedication was the payment of $15,943.53 by the owners of land
contiguous to Belhaven Street to the west; and
WHEREAS, said condition has been fulfilled, receipt of
said amount having been acknowledged by said Marjorie J. Talt and
Alan R. Talt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept
that certain Irrevocable Offer of Dedication recorded in Book
8796, page 563, Official Records of Orange County, Californiat
being Document No. 15040 recorded November 22, 1968, covering a
one.-foot strip of land being an easement for street purpos"es over
and across" the following described property:
That real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as Lot i:AII of
Parcel Map No. 114 per Map recorded in Book 18, page 23
of Parcel Maps, Records of Orange County, California; said
Lot "A\; being a lot one (1) foot in width and 456.64 feet
in length parallel to and westerly of Belhaven Street, as
shown on said Parcel Map.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
