A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZ ING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPELI~E LICENSE AND AUTHOR-
IZING PAYMENT THEREFOR. (Water Line at .Kellogg
Drive and Santa Fe Tracksl
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim ha,s requested permission
from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa :Pe Railway Company to construct
a water pipeline under the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Pe Railway
tracks in the vicinity of Kellogg Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Pe Railway
Company ha.s submitt.ed to the City of Anaheim its IIPipeline
License II which has been reviewed and has been found to be
satisfactory and in the best interest of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, the compensat.i"on sought for sa'id Pipeline
License in the amount of One Hundred and Pifty Dollars ($150.00)
is fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain Pipeline License Agreement submitted
by the At.chison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Comp.any.
BE IT FURTliER RESOLVED that the Financ~ Director be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw a .warrant in
favor of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company in
the amount of One Hundred and Pifty Dollqrs ($150.00) and that
the same be forwarded to the Office of the City At.t.orney for
transmittal to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Pe Railway Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
