RESOLUTION NO. 72R-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7IR-552,"
RELATING TO THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING
PROGRAM. .
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 71R-552, the Ci.ty Council
did request the County of Orange for inclusion of certain street
proje,ct.s within the Arterial Hi.ghway Financing Program; and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council that t.he project. designated "Brookhurst Street .from
Lincoln Avenue to Ball Road" should be increa.sed from $128, 700
to $149,600; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend its request
made in Resolution No. 71R-552 by including said increased amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Res.olution No. 71R-552 be amended by
deleting the third item thereof and inserting in its. place and
stead the. following:
"$149,600
Brookhurst Street from Lincoln Ave. to Ball "Rd.
This project consists of widening to six (6)
travel lanes with a continuous left-turn
lane, capping entire street as. required,
traffic signal relocation and/or modifica-
tion, construction of a storm drain and
appurtenant work and engineering."
BE I.T FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent "amended
by this Resolution, Resolution No. 71R-S52 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
