RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM PERMITTING THE ANAHEIM UN.ION HIGH.
SCHOOL DISTRICT TO UTILIZE THE ANAHEDM MUNI-
CIPAL GOLP COURSE.
WHE:QEAS, t.he Anaheim Union High School District has in
previous years requested and received permission for ~he Anaheim
High School Dist.rict. t.o ut.ilize the Anaheim Municipal Golf Course
for their High School Golf Team play~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find it is in the best
int.erest of t.he City of Anaheim that 'the Anaheim Union High
School District High School Golf Team should be permitted to
play the Anaheim Golf Course on certain days and certain times.
NOW, THEl\EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit.y Council of
the City of Anaheim that: t:he Anahe,im Union High School District
be and they are hereby permitted to have student te'a.m playa
maximum of eight. fours011les from Anaheim, We.st.ern, Magnolia,
Loara, Savannah, Kennedy and Katella High Schools for a fee of
$1,000.00 for the seven high schools at eight startinq times
between 1:44 P.M. and 2:37 P.M. Monday through Friday commencing
February 1, and ending May 31 of the year 1972.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at the end of t.his school
year this Resolution shall aut.omatically t.erminate without further
ac~ion by the City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of January, 1972.
