A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE USE OF A PRIVATE
DRIVEWAY SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim acquired an alley between
Lemon Street and Parry. Street North of Anaheim Boulevard in fee
through a State tax sale~ and
WHEREAS, in connection with Area Development Plan No. 10
it is contemplated that said alley be used as a private driveway
in the development of adjacent property; and
WHEREAS, the City is willing to permit the use. of said
alley to the owners of adjacent land in consideration of the.ir
improving or committing themselves to improve said alley.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it grant and it does. 'hereby grant. per-
mission to use the alley between Parry Street and Lemon Street
North of Anaheim Boulevard to adjacent property owners subject
to the condition that before such use may be made, said property
owners shall improve or commit themselves to improve said alley
in accordance with the plans therefor on file in the Office of
the City Engineer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
