RESOLUTION NO. 72R-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RES'OLOT.ION NO, 71R-481,
NUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSI-
FICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 71~72~17.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on November 2, 1971, adopt Resolution No. 71R-481 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 71-72-17 finding and det~ininq that
.the property an4 area thKe~ described should be chanqed from
the M-1, LI.GHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, to R-3, MULTIPLE-'FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions~ and
WHEREAS, due t.o inadvertence and clerical error
Conditions No.7, 14 and 15 of said Resolution No. 71R-48l
were tmproperly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention 'to
correct said clerical errors, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~ that Resolution No. 71R-481 be, and the same
is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by deletinq the lanquaqe con-
tained in Conditions No.7, 14 and 15, and subsitutinq in lieu
thereof the following:
"7. That a 6-foot masonry wall 'shall be constructed along
the east and south property line.
14. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezonin~
subject property, Conditions No.s. 1,.', 2,. .4, 9 and 13,
above mentioned, shall be completed., The provisi'ons
or. rights granted by this resolution shall bec.ome'
null and void by action of the City Council unless
said conditions are complied wi.th wi.thin 180 days
from the date hereof or such further time' 'as t.he
City Council may grant.
15. That Conditions Nos. 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 12,. above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspec.tions. ,.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except for the foregoing
corrections, the rest of Resolution No. 71R-481 'sha11 remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
