A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE Crry
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DlRE.C'1'ING. THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECOTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CI.TY AND THE TEMPORARY CONSERVATOR OF THE
ESTATE OF GEORGE A. CAPRON RELATING '1'0 A MINI-
PARK.
WHEltBAS, it has been proposed that the City lease.
from the Conservatorship Estate of George A. Capron a vacant
lot on the northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Clementine
Street in Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been submitted to
the temporary conservator of said estate who ha.s received per-
mission from the Superior Court in Fresno to enter into such
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Beautiful Standing Committee
of the Cultural Arts Commission of the. City of Anaheim desires
to rehabilitate said parcel of land; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
lease said parcel in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) per
annum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci.ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby aut:horized to execute on behalf of the City that
certain agreement dated December 20, 1971, between the City of
Anaheim and the temporary conservator of the Conservatorship
Estate of George A. Capron.
