A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-18 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
March 16, 1999, that Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective March 19, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolution No. 92R-18 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-18 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City. of Anaheim
that, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by adding the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Public Utilities Communications Officer X CR10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 92R-18 is March 19, 1999.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
92R-18 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 6th day of April 1999.
