A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
N0. 99R-50 TO APPOINT A BOARD MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE SANTIAGO GEOLOGIC
HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, on February 23, 1999, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 99R-31, which initiated proceedings for the
formation of the Santiago Geologic Hazard Abatement District (the
"CHAD") and set a March 16, 1999 public hearing date to consider
such formation; and
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1999, the City Council did adopt
Resolution No. 99R-50, which resolution did approve the formation
of the Santiago Geologic Hazard Abatement District and appoint
five persons to the Board of said District; and
WHEREAS, one of the appointees did decline to serve on the
Board; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint another person to the
Board of the Santiago Geologic Hazard Abatement District.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Edmund Muratori is
hereby appointed as an initial director of the Santiago Hazard
Abatement District.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of April, 1999.
