69R-305RESOLUTION NO. 69R -305 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 67R -376 TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF CERRITOS AVENUE. ON THE TABLE. OF EXCEPTIONS TO SECONDARY HIGHWAYS. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider amending Resolution No. 67R -376 to include a portion of Cerritos Avenue on the Table of Exceptions as a Secondary Highway. (Cerritos extending easterly from the Southern Pacific Railroad to Douglas Road), and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, following said hearing the Planning Commission did duly adopt Resolution No. PC69 -63 containing a report of its findings, summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that amendments to the Highway Rights of Way Map and Resolution No. 67R -376 to include a portion of Cerritos Avenue on the Table of Exceptions as a Secondary Highway, (Cerritos Avenue extending easterly from the Southern Pacific Railroad to Douglas Road) be adopted by the City Council and that the existing Table of Exceptions to the Circulation Element Highway Rights of Way of the General Plan be amended in accordance therewith and upon receipt of said resolution, summary of evidence, reports and findings, and recommendation of the City Planning Commission the City Council did fix the 29th day of April, 1969 as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said proposed Amendment to the General Plan and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law. The decision by the City Council was twice continued to allow analysis of dedication re- quirements on Cerritos Avenue as they affect an existing industrial complex; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct said public hearing and give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that General Plan Amendment No. 113 to amend the Highway Rights of Way Map and Resolution No. 67R -376 to include a portion of Cerritos Avenue on the. Table of Exceptions as Secondary Highway (Cerritos extending easterly from the Southern Pacific Railroad to Douglas Road) should be approved, as recommended by the City Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 113 to the General Plan amending the Circulation Element and amending Resolution No. 67R -376 to include a portion of Cerritos Avenue on the Table of Exceptions as a Secondary Highway (Cerritos extending easterly from the Southern Pacific Railroad to Douglas Road) be, and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be, and it is hereby instructed to amend the General Plan Map to conform to the General Plan Amendment No. 113 herein approved.
