A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND FUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
MARGARET S. WRIGHT, a widow
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 17,
Tract 2161, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
63, pages 33, 34, and 35 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline
of Catherine Drive with the centerline of Euclid
Street, formerly known as Euclid Avenue, as shown
on a Map of said Tract 2161; thence North 0° 03'
38" East along said centerline of Euclid Street,
a distance of 127.04 feet; thence South 89° 45'
22" East a distance of 53 feet; thence South 0°
03' 38" West a distance of 85.05 feet to the be-
ginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Southerly
and Easterly along said curve through a central
angle of 89° 49' 00" an arc distance of 23.51
feet; thence South 0° 14' 38" West a distance of
27 feet to an intersection with said centerline
of Catherine Drive; thence North 89° 45' 22" West
along said centerline of Catherine Drive a distance
of 67.87 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
