A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
FRANK HORNY, a married man, as his separate property
PAUL AMIR, a married man, as his separate property
WILLIAM WEISEL, a married man as his separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the f ollowing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purpose
and more particu described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 3 as
shown on a Map made for F. W. Fleischmann, filed
in Book 1, page 56 of Record of Surveys in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Southerly
prolongation of the Easterly line of Parcel B of
said Lot 3, with the centerline of North Street,
as shown on a Map filed in Book 9, page 1 of
Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County; thence North 0° 05' 29" East a
distance of 32.11 feet to the true point of be-
ginning; thence continuing North 0° 05' 29" East
a distance of 393.89 feet; thence South 85° 19'
00" West a distance of 30.10 feet; thence South
0° 05' 29" West a distance of 380.09 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly
and Southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 85° 13' 31" an arc distance of 22.31 feet;
thence North 85° 19' 00" East a distance of 43.90
feet to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of May 19 69
