A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
to sell
that it
Anaheim
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, a New Jersey
Corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the North-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
filed in Book 28, page 32 of Record of Surveys in
the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said South-
west quarter of Section 9; thence Southerly along
the Westerly line of said Southwest quarter, a
distance of 40.09 feet; thence North 89° 44' 30"
East 41.50 feet; thence North 44° 41' 53" East
15.08 feet; thence North 0° 20' 45" West, 29.50
feet to a point in the North line of said South-
west quarter, said point being North 89° 39' 15"
East 52.11 feet from the point of beginning; thence
South 89° 39' 15" West, 52.11 feet to the point
of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of, Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
