CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

An easement for road and public utility purposes, over,
under and across that portion of Lot 19, Tract 787,
recorded in Book 24, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
For the purpose of this description the centerline of Ball
Road is assumed to be the southerly boundary line and the
centerline of Webster Avenue is assumed to be the Easterly
boundary line of said Lot 19.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Webster
Avenue, formerly known as Webster Street, with the centerline
of Ball Road, as shown on a Map filed in Book 27, page 26
of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder
of said County; thence West along the centerline of said Ball
Road a distance of 165.27 feet; thence North 0° 38' 00" East
a distance of 53 feet; thence East a distance of 118.43 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Easterly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89° 22' 00" an
arc distance of 23.40 feet; thence North 00° 38' 00" East a
distance of 203.69 feet; thence East a distance of 32 feet
to an intersection with the centerline of said Webster Avenue;
thence South 0° 38' 00" West along the centerline of said
Webster Avenue, a distance of 271.52 feet to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
