69R-165WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of
California have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement
dated November 4, 1959 relating to the portion of Route 57
Freeway, State Highway Road 07- Ora -57, between the Anaheim
City limit near the Santa Ana River and the Anaheim- Placentia
City limit near LaJolla Avenue; and
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that
the following revision is desirable, to wit:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A PROPOSED REVISION IN THAT
CERTAIN FREEWAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DATED
NOVEMBER 4, 1959, RELATING TO THE ROUTE 57
FREEWAY, STATE HIGHWAY ROAD 07- ORA -57, AT THE
LINCOLN AVENUE AND KATELLA AVENUE INTERCHANGES.

revised interchanges at Lincoln Avenue and
shown on the attached prints labeled
respectiyply, dated March 24, 1969 and made
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ordered that the
City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and approves
the proposed revision set forth hereinabove, it being under-
stood that a revised freeway agreement incorporating said
revision is to be entered into at some future date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to certify two copies
of this resolution and to forward said copies to the State of
California Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
District 7.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
