OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT

AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
CENTURY PROPERTIES, a California corpnratinn,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northerly, 97.25
feet, measured along the easterly and westerly lines
of the West half of the West half of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
per Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning in the Northwest corner of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, as
shown on that certain Parcel Map recorded March 21,
1968 in Book 13, page 37 of Parcel Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County; thence South
0° 11' 30" East along the centerline of Stanton Avenue,
a distance of 97.25 feet; thence North 89° 41' 20" East
a distance of 30 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 172.49 feet, a radial
line bearing South 89° 48' 30" West passes through the
point of beginning of said curve; thence Northerly and
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of
16 22' 44" an arc distance of 49.31 feet to the beginning
of a reverse curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 172.49 feet, a radial line bearing South
73° 48' 46" East passes through the point of beginning
of said reverse curve; thence Northeasterly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 16° 22' 44"
an arc distance of 49.31 feet; thence South 89 41' 20"
West a distance of 44 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
