A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ARTHUR W. LINDLEY and NELLIE F. LINDLEY,
husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Westerly 37 feet
of the Northerly 145.22 feet of the South half of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Westerly 45 feet
of the Northerly 23 feet and the Westerly 40 feet of
the Southerly 5 feet of the Northerly 145.22 feet of
the South half of the Northwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of March 19 69.
