RESOLUTION NO. 69R -138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
63R -63 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 62- 63 -38.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on January 22, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -63 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 62 -63 -38 finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be excluded
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE and incorporated in
R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of said resolution reads
"7. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with Revision No. 1
of Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on file with
the City of Anaheim; provided, however, that
the building locations may be altered subject
to approval of the Development Review Board."
AND, WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has
submitted revised plans for the development of said property
and has requested that said revised plans be approved; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
recommended that the revised plans be approved by the City
Council and that Condition No. 7 of Resolution No. 63R -63
be amended to permit development in accordance with said revised
plans; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful
consideration of the matter, that said revised plans for the
development of subject property should be approved, and that
Condition No. 7 of said resolution should be amended to permit
development in accordance therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said revised plans for the develop-
ment of subject property be, and the same are hereby approved;
and that Condition No. 7 of Resolution No. 63R -63 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 62 -63 -38 be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"7. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with Revision No. 3
of Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 on file with
the City of Anaheim."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolutions Nos. 64R -58 and 67R -457,
said Resolution No. 63R -63 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 18th day of March, 1969.
