63-0917RESOLUTION NO. 63R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 1605 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a petition for Zoning variance from L CLIFgORD J. aBORDE, RY S K]TAHATA apd RICHARD P. KUEHN. owners o certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The North 211.41 feet of the East 271.2 feet, measured from the center line of Palm Street, of Lot 6 of Orchard Park Tract, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 6, page 48, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on October 14 19 63 notice of which said public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said City Plann inspection, investigation_and stud behalf, and after due consideratio offered at said hearing, did adopt 19 63 granting..Variance WHEREAS, thereafter with the date of the adoption of said r elect, upon its own motion, to rev Planning Commission in rantin public hearing thereon to be h 19,0 at 7 :00 o'clock P.M. in Anaheim, and notice of such public required by law and the provisions the Anaheim Municipal Code; and ing Commission after due ies made by itself and in its n of all evidence and reports Resolution No. 942 Series No. 1605 and in twentymtwo:(22)_.days from esolution, the. It appears that the subject property can be adequately developed and used under the present zone. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission granting Variance No. 1605 be, and the same is hereby dis- approved, and that the petition of Clifford J. LaBorde, Roy S. Kitahata and Richard P. Kuehn for a variance permitting a waiver of the one -story height limitation and the side yard set- back requirement on the property hereinbefore described be, and the same is hereby denied.
