A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public
utility drainage purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility drainage purposes
and more particularly descri ebe as f flows:
An easement for public utility drainage purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land 10 feet in width, being a
portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
lying Northerly and Northwesterly of and adjoining the
following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said North-
west quarter with the Westerly prolongation of that course
in the Northerly boundary of the land conveyed to the City
of Anaheim by deed recorded in Book 5463, page 528 of Of-
ficial Records, described in said deed as having a bearing
of North 88° 56' 54" East, and a length of 92.00 feet;
thence Easterly along said Westerly prolongation 213.93
feet; thence Northeasterly 77.�4 feet to the point on the
Easterly line of the Westerly 275.53 feet of said North-
west quarter, distant Northerly along said Easterly line
46.51 feet from said Northerly boundary. The side lines
of this easement are prolonged or shortened to terminate on
the East and West lines of the Westerly 275.53 feet of said
Northwest quarter.
AT EST
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
