A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY F H I �I L
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public,
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner_ of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

Easements for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the following described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE: The Easterly 53.00 feet of the East 325.00
feet of the South 275.00 feet of the Northeast quarter
of Section 23, being a portion of Lot 41 in Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, pages
256 and 257 of Patents of Los Angeles County, California.
PARCEL TWO: The Southerly 45.00 feet of the East 325.00
feet of the South 275.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of
Section 23, being a portion of Lot 41 in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, pages 256 and 257
of Patents of Los Angeles County, California.
PARCEL THREE: That portion of the above mentioned Northeast
quarter of said Section 23, bounded on the East by the West
line of above described Parcel One, bounded on the South
by the North line of the above described Parcel Two, and
bounded Northwesterly by a curve concave Northwesterly,
having a radius of 15.00 feet, said curve being tangent
to said West and North lines.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
