A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND G. SPEHAR and
ESTELLE R. SPEHAR, husband and wife,
that it

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Southerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of La Palma Avenue)
of the West half of Lot 15 and of Lot 16 and
Lot 17 of Tract No. 483, La Palma Gardens,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page
20 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the
Southerly lines of said Lots 15, 16 and 17
of Tract No. 483 are assumed to be the
center line of La Palma Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 0$1.00).
