CONVEYING TO THE C I T Y F A I R L

hereinafter described real property
wit: Easements for public
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 3 feet of the Southerly 50
feet of Lot 4, Tract 3351, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 110, pages 5, 6 and 7 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO
An easement for cross arms and electric power line
overhang purposes over and across the Westerly 2 feet
of the Easterly 5 feet of the Southerly 50 feet of
Lot 4 of said Tract 3351 mentioned in Parcel One.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
