A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF
MARKO E. BOTICH, ARCHITECT, TO RENDER ARCHI-
TECTURAL SERVICES TO THE CITY FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF A RESTROOM ADDITION TO THE CITY
HALL.

WHEREAS, on November 14, 1961, the City of Anaheim
contracted with Botich and Munns, a partnership, to perform
architectural services for the construction of a restroom
addition to the City Hall in Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, after Botich and Munns completed some of the
architectural services, the City decided to abandon the project;
and
WHEREAS, the City paid Botich and Munns for the ser-
vices they had performed and the project was abandoned; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to complete the restroom
addition; however, the aforementioned partnership no longer
exists; and
WHEREAS, Marko E. Botich, Architect, desires to fur-
nish architectural services to the City, including a revision
of the Working Drawings and the general administration and
supervision of construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and best interest of the City to employ Marko E.
Botich, Architect,to furnish architectural services to com-
plete said restroom addition; and
WHEREAS, the City and said Architect desire to enter
into an agreement for the performance of the necessary archi-
tectural services to complete said restroom addition, and for
payment of the fee for said architectural services; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement, to be made and entered
into by the City and said Architect has this day been sub-
mitted to the City Council, the terms and conditions of which
the City Council finds to be satisfactory and that said agree-
ment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Marko E. Botich, Architect, be and he
is hereby employed to perform architectural services to com-
plete a restroom addition to the City Hall and that the agree-
ment this day submitted to the City Council to be made and
entered into by and between the City of Anaheim and Marko E.
Botich, Architect, for the performance of said architectural
services for the completion of a restroom addition to the City
Hall upon the terms and conditions and for the fee set forth
in said agreement, be and the same is hereby approved, said
agreement being dated December 10, 1963.
