A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE. AN n~TERIM REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT RELATING TO DRAINlAGE FACILITmS
(CALPROP CORPORATION).
WHEREAS, he.retofore, by resolution, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim has initiated the implementation of a
Master Plan of Drainage particularly as it. effect.s. '1:he Sant.a
Ana Canyon area; and
rrnEREAS, to facilitate development in the area prior
to the est.ablishment of said Master Plan of Drainage it has
become necessary to enter into Interim Reimbursement Agreements:
and
WHEREAS, Calprop Corporation has tendered to the City
of Anaheim an Interim Reimbursement Agreement which has been
reviewed and approved by the Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
enter into such Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certai.n Interim Reimbursement Agreement
with Calprop Corporation dated the 21st day of December, 1971.
