A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
publ ir^ ++t i 1 ity P++rpnsPS
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RICHARD O. DAVISON and
MARIE DAVISON. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following describe rcf e l
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and publicttility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 1,
Tract 2520, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 88,
pages 11 through 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1,
Tract 2520; thence South 89 38 00" East along the
North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 3.87 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 24 feet; thence
Westerly and Southerly along said curve through a
central angle of 14 48 04" an arc distance of
6.20 feet to a point on the West line of said
Lot 1; thence North 0 421 07" West 4.89 feet to
the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th -t the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener -1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
