A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING G~EN PEES TO BE
CHARGED AT THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE,
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-227.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find and dete~ine that the schedule of rates: for use of the
Anaheim Municipal Golf Course should be, changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following charges shall be, made for
use of the Anaheim Municipal Golf Course on and after January 1,
1972:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 9-hole play wi.ll only be
permi.tted when such play will not interfere with IS-hole play.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the player who plays and
pays the 9-hole rate and then plays an additional 9 holes will
pay only the difference between the 9-hole rata and the lS-ho1e
rate for such additional 9 holes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution.No. 71R-227 is
hereby repealed as of the effective date of the provisions of
thi.s resolution and the provisons of Resolution No. 71R-227 and
any other resolution in conflict herewith are superseded by the
provisions of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of December, 1971.
