A RESOLUTI.ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OJ? THE. CITf
OF ANABELM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R-549,
IN RECLASSIFrCATION PROCEEDXNGS NO. 68-69-.1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the. 'City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the lOth day of September., 1968, adopt
Resolution No. 68R-549, in Reclassiflcation Proceedings No.
68-69-1 finding and determining that' the property and area therein
desc'ribed should be changed from the: R-l, ONE-PAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, to C-O, COMMERCIAL OFFICE, ZONE', subject to certain conditions;
and
WHEREAS, the, City Council does deem it proper and in the
best interests of the City to revise' the conditions set forth
in said Resolution by adding Conditipn No. 7 to provide that
ordinances reclassifying property shall be adopted as each parcel
is ready to. comply with conditions pertainin9 to such parcel;
provided, however, that the word :.parcel Iii shall mean presently
existing parcel of record and any parcel or parcels 'approved by
City Council for lot split.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R-549 be, and the same
is hereby amended by adding Condition No. 7 reading as follows:
117. That ordinances reclassifying property shall be
adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with
conditions pertaining to such parcel1 provided,
however, that. the word uparcel" shall. mean
presently existing parcel of record ~~d any
parcel or parcels approved by the City. Council
for lot split..~
BE IT FURTHER RE.SOLVED that in all other resp'ects said
Resolution No. 68R-549 be and remain in full force and effect..
